How many recipes out there use only two ingredient?! Not many. This recipe is so easy and so simple and takes only minutes to prepare! The end result is a deliciously sweet and creamy strawberry fudge! There is no big mess to cleanup, there is no need for lots of baking tools. No boiling and no candy thermometer. Just a pot,a bowl, a spoon and a baking tray. Your strawberry fudge will be ready to serve and enjoy in is as little as 30 minutes! Easy, easy, easy!

To begin you will need 350 grams of melted white chocolate. To keep your chocolate from burning, melt it in a pot over top of a pot of boiling water. Burnt chocolate never tastes good and it certainly will take away the pleasure of this incredible fudge. Next, you need 450 grams or 16 ounces of prepared strawberry icing. You can either make it yourself or buy it pre-made at your local grocery store. It will be in the baking section.

In a medium sized bowl, mix the icing and melted chocolate together. Stir until well blended and smooth. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with vegetable oil, shortening or butter. Instead of greasing the pan, you can use a piece of baking paper. Pour the mixture onto the pan and spread out as evenly as you can. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes. This allows the fudge to set. Once set, remove from fridge. Cut into squares, serve and enjoy!

For a different twist or added flavor, try topping with crushed nuts or mixing in diced pieces of clean, fresh strawberries. Do you have other toppings you have tried?
