You can never have too many great recipes, from breakfast recipes, lunch recipes, main dish recipes and dessert recipes there are so many to choose from and enjoy eating! If you love food you'll want to take a look at the "8 GREAT RECIPES THAT ROCKED THE INTERNET." There really is such a plethora of amazing recipes out there, and we can have access to them through recipe books of course, which have been around for centuries! But with the technological advancements in our society, we are noticing a shift in the way we share information, and that of course, includes recipes. The internet has become a hub for sharing our culinary tips and our favourite recipes. It's such a great way for people all over the world to have access to, and share their favourite recipes with others. To keep family recipes alive by many people making them and sharing them over and over again.

I have to admit, that I was quite intrigued to find out what these 8 great recipes could possibly be. To start, I'll go with the dessert recipe, cause who can resist a great dessert recipe?! And this one also has a really funny name to boot! The Heaven and Hell cake, by Dallas chef Stephan Pylee, offers a rich, multilayered dessert recipe of angle food and devil's food cake, peanut butter mousse, and milk chocolate ganache, which should be frozen before the icing is added and refrigerated before it's sliced. The photos were enough for me to be interested in trying out this one! I am pretty impressed that kale chips made the list, surprisingly, as they really aren't too difficult to make, and yes, they are healthy, so even better! These crisp, feather light, and nutty, green chips made kale eating possible for many who would otherwise never try the leafy vegetable. With recipe variations that splash a bit of sherry vinegar, or a spicy version with crushed chiles, yum! Sounds really good doesn't it?!

Of course, it's not surprising that the 36 Hour Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe made the list, I think it's safe to say that chocolate chip cookies make it to a lot of top favourite lists, but it's making the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe that we are all after. This New York Times, 2008 recipe, revolutionized the standard classic cookie recipe by adding a 36 hour resting period (who can wait that long though?!), this resting period allows for dehydration of the dough, which ages the dough and I have read elsewhere that cookie dough that has sat overnight, is better. This recipe also has a sprinkle of sea salt for that nice sweet and salty flavour combination that people love so much. The recipe also suggests scooping the dough before chilling it. Those are only three of the 8 so to see the rest of the 5 great recipes that rocked the internet, visit the website link below to the "Saveur," website.
